Our reports entail rigorous reviews of mineral resources and ore reserves, mining proposals, economic projections, planning assumptions and where appropriate, operating and management practices.
Some of AMC's reports are for public purposes, for example, the specialist's technical report included in WMC Resources Ltd's Target's Statement issued in response to Xstrata plc's takeover offer. Others are private advice used for takeover defence preparation or for acquisition considerations. AMC's public reports are used for ASX, AIM and NI 43-101 purposes.
